Currently early 2.4.x kernels may be useful on m68k PowerBooks, but the
current 2.4.x kernel will not boot on any of the 12+ different Mac
models I have. I think that the 2.4.x kernels are OK for Amigas, Ataris
and possibly other m68k based systems though.
