m68k diff for 2.2.0
Hi!
Glad to see progress is being made on the mac68k floppy--at least for
the Quadra 9xx series. Thanks for the replies on its status and for the work
that's been done. Looks like it's getting closer to the day that a Mac will
have a working floppy with the Linux kernel.
On another issue, I wonder if it would be possible for someone that
already has
a complete source tree of the m68k 2.2.x kernel-source to post a diff
on sourceforge.net
for the 2.2.20 kernel-source that comes with Debian? And for that
matter, could the same
apply to the 2.4.xx kernel?
Seems that reading the posts on comp.os.linux.m68k and the lists that a
few of us have
been having problems getting a hold of the source from cvs. If we
can't download the source, we can't check out the code and test the new
kernel. It might take some time, but
I'm sure there are those of us who would appreciate a diff.
Thanks,
Hank
