Re-installing Debian Linux on an Atari Hades060

Hello All,

I am re-installing Debian Linux on my Hades060 using a 1gig Jaz cart. I have
done this before with no problems in the past. Right now I am running into a
problem and I was wondering if anyone has some ideas. I first re-formated my
Jaz cart and then partitioned it with a LNX partition and a SWP partition. The
install program recognizes both partitions. The problem comes when I go to
initialize the partitions. The install problem tells me it cannot initialize either
of the two partitions. So what is the problem? I am doing the same thing I did
before. I am thinking it could be the fact that my computer has a newer
version of my SCSI driver and maybe there is a setting that needs to be
adjusted. Maybe the Jaz cart is bad, but then I can use it under my regular
Atari OS with no problems. Maybe I need to get a separate SCSI drive and use
that. Anyone have an idea.
