MVME-162FX Crashes... on bootup(Again)

Debian 68K folks:
I mentioned before that the 2.2.10 kernel fails,
so does the 2.0.36 set
--------------------------------------
Loading kernel '/usr/tmp/linux162' ...
Loading ramdisk '/usr/tmp/rootmvme.bin' ...
Kernel has no bootinfo version info, assuming 1.0
Bootstrap's bootinfo version : 2.0
Kernel's bootinfo version : 1.0
(using backwards compatibility mode)

----------------------------------------------------------

A mystery, they look similar on boot process, except that
2.2.10 has the memory more abstracted.
2.0.36 turns on interrupts then dies before the kswap call.
No clue yet, cannot build a debug set of 2.0.36.

Any Ideas greatly appreciated, this is an enjoyable puzzle....

Thanks all...
