No, but how bout fitting that into the next one, eh?   Yes apparently it is
working fine.  

I upgraded to X4.0.1 and my system still reports it as 3.3.6, so something
went wrong there.  

I can't get a full gnome-desktop installation, because it says gnome-applets
aren't available.  I installed gnome-moz-remote(netscape?) and it won't
run.  

I put the rest of my system back together so now the modem is back on
siosbx-unit0(ttyS1) and so now it won't go online anymore either.  

Unfortunately, it is a good looking and stable system, with little to no
functionality.
