Nope, tftplilo only works with MVME16x and 17x boards.  MVME147
does not include networkong support (tftp) in its 147Bug PROMS.
The is a small utility, sboot, on that page which can be used
for loading 147 boards over the network.

John, if you are aware of 147Bug proms which support tftp directly
I would be delighted to hear about it.
