Unfortunately, I didn't write to the root directory and I didn't
create any folders. Also, it won't even boot from a floppy so I don't
see any way to reinstall MacOS.
I also checked the battery and it reads 3.6 volts on my meter. 2.8
volts is supposed to be the minimum.
Alas, I think I need to look for a replacment motherboard. Perhaps
I'll plug the hard drive into another machine first, just to see if
it's OK.
