Linux on an Afterburner

Hello everyone,

I read the Linux-m86k faq and found it very usefull for beginners. I am running Linux on my Afterburner equipped falcon and I want to tell you that it runs perfectly under the following circumstances:

1) You must have a real 32MHz cpu. An overclocked 25MHz version will cause Linux to freeze sooner or later.
2) A reboot doesn't work correctly, so try "shutdown -h now" instead of "shutdown -r now" (kernelk 2.0.36).
3) The afterburner kernel on Petr Stehlik's homepage has no SCSI support included. I built a kernel with SCSI enabled and for me it works (even my scanner is recognized). Unfortunately I don't have a homepage or something similar so can you tell me how I can give this kernel to the public?

Thanks in advance and

Regards,

Frank
