Don't copy any libraries, especially not those from the ramdisk (now that
would really be a novel silly idea to hose your system). The libraries are
fine, dpkg -with the original libraries- is still fine, only getty is
broken. Do as someone else said to start a single user shell and repair
the damage

It's not only getty but a lot of other binaries that are broken now.
Replacing getty won't do a lot for you. Get creative (ouch, no, that
originally was the problem ...). See if you can mount your filesystems
read-write from the single user shell (otherwise add rw to the kernel
options) and try to run dpkg.
