Perhaps rather than low res, the standard res, but with a very low
framerate, would be a nice way of cutting down the bitrate
significantly, but maintaining readability of slides.
There's probably also some bandwidth to be saved by going down to a
single audio track, and by using a speech-optimized audio codec like
Opus.
