On the other hand, lets abandon DebConf entirely and have 2 weeks of
DebCamp! That will have talks "on-fly" - that way we would kill all
the pressure of that "orga crap" that is happening lately and I am
*pretty* sure it would be a blast of time (you know, no stress, pretty
much self organized and run by people that are motivated to do it, no
hierarchy and getting stuck in bureaucracy).
