Just a follow up on this: We have a meeting with McGill student union (SSMU) on Wednesday 21th. They are the one renting the building for the facility (and not McGill university). I also talked to McGill's residence administration and we got (some of) the infos we asked. Prices have been updated on the wiki accordingly. Basically, everything dropped of about 10$ per night.
