"Beschlüsse über Satzungsänderungen und über die Auflösung des
Vereins sind nur rechtswirksam, wenn sie in der Einladung wörtlich
angekündigt und mit Dreiviertelmehrheit der anwesenden Mitglieder
gefaßt werden."

If this is what we want… sounds fine to me, even though it means
that a meeting of 4 people can cause change of bylaws, if 3 people
agree. However, we cannot guard against all malice anyway.

Steuerbefreiung ist awarded by the Finanzbehörde, so it's included.

You cannot exclude it, and the reason we put it in is not because of
courts, but as a clarification to contractual partners.
