[Debconf-team] For those who care about DebConf (was Re: DebConf15 venue decision meeting)

It is fairly likely that we will have space for (late) new appointments 
to the DebConf Committee.

If you are interested in joining yourself, or would like to propose 
someone, please reply off-list to the DebConf chairs.

It would certainly be good to add some new representation from 
DebConf13 local team members.
