[Debconf-team] Urgent: DebConf13 final report needed for sponsors

The Final report is something that we give to the sponsors from the
previous DebConf. A number of sponsors require/want-to-see it before
committing to sponsoring the next DebConf.

We really need everyone to understand that this won't just get done,
and we really need everyone to help.
