In my opinion:
track A
+ CHF 20k for DebCamp
We need it as soon as possible, to have a smoother registration:
track B
+ CHF 5k for conference dinner
+ CHF 11k for 2 full meals instead of 1 buffet + full meal
Both: nice to have, but non essential. Possibly we could have also a
mixed option: simpler conference dinner, buffets on few days (arrival
day, day trip, debian day).
track C:
+ CHF 3k for day trip
on some DebConf we paid. In NYC it was very cheap (subway fare, not for
all attendees, a baseball match).
track D:
+ CHF 4k for Debian day
+ CHF 3k for external speakers
I like to do a Debian birthday party, but I think the "debian day" will
be like the other Debian days: disapoiting because few people will come
(and this time we are not in a big city, NE doesn't count as big city).
