Hey list,

I'm trying to reformulate my email. We need to prioritize these
expenses and drop the ones we put lower than "we have all we need,
stop looking for more sponsors", but keep the ones we would like if
money allows it:

as en example:
+ CHF 4k for Debian day
+ CHF 5k for conference dinner
+ CHF 20k for DebCamp
+ CHF 3k for day trip
+ CHF 3k for external speakers
+ we have all we need, stop looking for more sponsors
+ CHF 11k for 2 full meals instead of 1 buffet + full meal
