[Debconf-team] Venezuelan bid

It seems that the Venezuelan bid team missed the Bid Status Meeting due 
to timezone confusion.

Since we didn't have a chance to ask you in the meeting, please could 
the bid team reply to say:

- if you have questions about the bid process
  (see https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/Bid_process)

- if you want any advice/suggestions about aspects of your bid

- if you are happy that your bid is ready for a discussion meeting 
about 10 days from now.
