irc topic fixed, I'd appreciate if someone could prepare an agenda for the 
next meeting and put it in the wiki - even if we dont have a date yet.

(btw, this is a good example why  
https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf13/Meetings/YYYYMMDD is annoying: one 
cannot prepare an agenda without a date...)
