I like this idea. I also think that 22 days is a good interval for now.
IMO more frequent but shorter meetings are more productive.

If possible this is probably better than the rotating day system
suggested above. But I doubt we will find a day that pleases everyone.

I think that's a bad idea. It's a lot of effort just to find dates and
announce meetings.

What about the time? For me 1800UTC is good as well. And it was the
usual time of all the meetings this year. The question is, if there are
people that would like to attend but don't attend because of the time.
If you are in that camp, please speak up now and propose a time that
would suit you better.

If we can't find a time that suits everyone we could also adopt a
rotating scheme like for the day of the week.
