I am repeating myself for the hundredth time but here goes:
We can't do anything about the Visas until we receive a question from
people needing Visas! (nobody here is a wizard that can read minds!)
When we receive something to visa@ mail, we will react ASAP, until
then we just put information we have of the wiki above.

which i will update with all FAQs i can get my hands on!
The page on debconf11.debconf.org will see the light of day as soon as
