Given previous DIVA comments about 150k being the maximum for
"Bosnian" money, rather than a set amount from the government, I
expect that in their budgeting they have tried to keep track of even
in-kind sponsorship as amounts of money.  So this insurance cost, and
most of the day-trip cost (which was supposedly to be paid by the
city), may well represent something other than amounts they actually
paid.
