[Debconf-team] Accounting stuff

Hi,

Here's my quick summary, and some questions, on accounting.

The good news is that food is 25% or so lower than reconfirmed people
for the first three days, (but highly fluctuating).  This is about
expected.  This percentage can vary widely as more people get here,
but is just more evidence that our local budget is OK.

Some questions:

- Did you use the 2223,00 km quote for electrical circuit
installation?  Any more for more of the heavy-duty cable?

- I heard of at least one shopping trip yesterday.  Just a ping to
send me the money spent, who spent it, and dates when you get a
chance.

- What is the situation on drinks for meals?  Is DebConf going to have
to pay for that?

- Non-(sponsored|professional|corporate) people will eventually start
paying the hotel, and their meals won't count to our total cost,
right?

- Is there any more information on local costs, from DIVA?
