This page had counts between 270 and 282, decreasing at the end of the
period visible.

http://rkd.zgib.net/http/debconf/registration-data.txt says

"Accommodation:
317  Regular room
127  I will arrange my own accommodation
  8   --- Please select one --- "

Richard, do you have archives of your data page to check what's
changed over time, or can you check in penta?  Does the increase here
match with an increase in the number of people paying for rooms?
(Adnan was worried that it doesn't.)

At some point soon, we should disallow more people from asking for
rooms, even non-sponsored.
