Hello,

As requested, we've updated Quito's Wiki page, included the strengths
and weaknesses bit and uploaded some last material we've been working on
for the last 2-3 weeks. Here's a brief diff:

* We added official City's material on Quito's tourism infrastructure,
since a new campaign was launched under the new administration and this
provides the best insight on the city's capabilities as a conference
host than we could ever do. Remember Quito's opening an airport in 2011,
merging airlines (Aerogal+Avianca/TACA) will provide future visitors
with greater opportunities to obtain, as city states it, 'refreshing
great value for money' in the city.

* EPN is our venue option. Puntonet is our connectivity sponsor, pending
approval upon bid selection results. Of course, we have backup plans and
at this moment I'd like to say that all names of persons and companies
in our wiki page have committed either by email or written form to
support DebConf11 in Quito!

* We added the list of accommodation options under 20 USD/person/night
with all contact information. We worked this out in the streets, and
complements our draft budget, which holds true for tomorrow.

See you tomorrow,
