More mattresses. More chairs/tables (in the event they dont have enough
available). Motor wheel chairs (people can be put in the co-driver's seat,
but the chair with the engine has to fit somewhere). People's lugage (we can
set a 1 van trip to the airport and wait there for 10/15 people to arrive,
load the luggage there and send people by bus/taxi without the luggage).
Broken servers.
If the van breaks, we call and get a new one in no time.

Anything that needs a car: again, moving people in wheel chairs from the dorm
to the food canteen, or to the conferences area. Michelle had a need to visit
the hospital last week (or 2 weeks ago). More coffee.
Whatever is needed, you will have to find:
1. the owner of the car.
( and 2. ask/convince him to drive.
or ( 3. ask/convince him to lend you the car
and 4. find a driver for that car
)
)
With a rented van you have to:
1. find someone to drive
and
( 2. get the keys from the office
or 3. find who has the keys/van and recall them to the office
)
Which in my point of view involves less diplomacy and more "this is the way
things work here".

Sometimes, the only way to catch and uncatchable woman is to offer her a
