Debconf5 schedule template
I had hoped to be sending you all a preliminary talk schedule right
now, but we decided to give people another 24 hours to make their
preferences known.
In lieu of that, I've attached the template that will be used to
actually generate the schedule.
This gives you a list of the slots that will actually be used to fill
the talks.
To orient yourself, the first column tells you the type of slot:
BOF (38) means BoF, TALK (10) is a approved talk, LNCH is lunch, WORK
(4) is a workshop/roundtable, HOC (16+3) is an ad hoc[1] talk.
The second column is the start time, the third the stop time, the
forth the maximum room occupancy, the fifth the name of the room.
Lines that are commented out (/^#/) aren't part of the schedule, but
are there in case we suddenly need more spaces. (Or to tell people
like me with calendar apathy, what day is which day of the month.)
There will be ~ 3 free BoF slots which will revert to ad hoc slots in
the final schedule.
I've attempted to leave spacings of ~10 minutes between talks, but we
will need to make sure the speakers stay on time. Holger Levsen
mentioned signs to warn the speakers, and I'm partial to obnoxious
buzzers, but either way, we'll need people to volunteer to keep talks
on schedule. More about that latter.
Please look over the schedule, point out deficiencies, and make
suggestions. Patches requested.
Finally, if someone wants to come up with a good looking LaTeX
template for this schedule, that would be greatly appreciated.
Otherwise I'll just make an ugly one. ;-)

1: The idea is that people can decide to talk about things that came
up during debconf during these slots, or other issues that they hadn't
thought of before. They will be first come, first served, limit 1.
