If we have these "stand ups" we had in Hamburg in the morning during the first few days, we could maybe use these as an opportunity to introduce oneself (for those who feel comfortable about that).
In the standups I found it hard to associate the people with their Debian work since many persons just introduced them with nickname or first name only, while in packages and on mailing list we usually have the Full Name. Matching these up beyond the personst that I already knew was pretty hard.
