Of course not. It's orthogonal, searchable, and intention driven. A completely different thing, and I didn't suggest dropping the dailies as long the group is still small enough to manage.


DebCamp doesn't have a few hundred people, so I suppose it could work then. Also
the biggest standup meeting you were part off in Hamburg was roughly 45 people
and that still worked. I agree that with more people it gets more tedious.

I think the dailies in Hamburg were already bordering on "too many people, too much information." I felt them more a chore, an interruption. But that's just my (too negative) persona opinion.

(and btw, at the MiniDebConf in Hamburg there were 60 attendees, not 30 per initial
mail of this thread :)

I am bad in guessing how big a crowd is and apologize.
