In general I would also be interested in working in the "DebConf
coordination team" but with the current proposal the separation of this
team from the chair role is not clear enough to me. It also highly
depends on the other members of that team and if they want to work with
me or not (and vice versa). If working on that team I'm not much
interested in the treasurer role that's now also part of it.

If working on the coordination team would be appreciated, I would
resign from the Infrastructure team, as I'm already part of the
Fundraising team and I completely agree that being on 2 teams should be
the maximum.
