Okay, I have more offers of hosting than probes.  I will cease accepting offers
of hosting in 60 minutes (22:45 UTC).

At that point, I will rank by utility to RIPE Atlas, then by date received.

Some people have asked for units on behalf of colleagues back home.  That's
fine as long as you provide an AS number for the ranking.  Please don't make 14
requests ... I mean, let's not go crazy.
