Anyway, my camper-plan has solidified :-) although I'm still not 100%
sure if coming with camper van is really a good idea despite I really
would like to. :-/

And I'm expected to stay with that plan as my camper's fridge has
already been occupied by gismo's and OdyX's plans for the wine &
cheese party. And I must admit: Swiss Cheese Fondue or Raclette would
fit perfectly for the wine & cheese party. ;-)
According to http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf11/TravelInfo#Parking
there are quite some car parkings around the venue. Since there are
prices per day listed, I expect it's fine to park there for two weeks.
Anyone can tell me if it's also ok to stay (and sleep) there with a
camper van (from the parking's owner's as well as from a security
point of view)? I currently ogle with P2 to P5 as they're close by the
venue. (I though suspect there's no chance to get 220V power on those
car parkings.)
According to Google Maps[1] most of the car parkings seem to be
without height restriction, so they should be fine for my camper
(5.6m x 2.3m x 3.1m) from a size point of view.

In the meanwhile I also found a few camping sites around Banja Luka,
but none of them really close. Besides posting them here I also added
them to http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf11/Accommodation#Camping
plus a cross-reference at
http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf11/TravelInfo#Camping_Sites as
that was the place where I looked first.
25km south of Banja Luka:

Also mentioned in http://www.bhtourism.ba/Campsites2010.pdf
24km, probably towards the south, too:

40km:

All others on http://www.bhtourism.ba/Campsites2010.pdf and
http://www.banjaluka360.com/sights_and_activities_camping.htm#CA1 are
more than 40km away.
Oh, and guess what I found (even without entering "debian", just with
"banja luka camping"): "Debian Camping 11" at
http://grical.org/e/show/193/ O.o
Kind regards, Axel
