BTW, I saw this and went to check this out, applying my arcane knowledge of
the local web space and language ;) but found it a fair bit confusing.
[I wrote a whole litany at this point about what exactly I did, but then
decided to delete it because it's pointless.]

The local bus companies might very well have perfectly useful connections
Okucani - Banja Luka, but if their web presence can't at least match the
(fairly low) standard of the local railway and airport web sites, and
apparently they can't, people should steer clear of them for these corner
cases. That's what I would do in a foreign country, because I wouldn't want
to risk getting stranded in a small town in the middle of nowhere myself.
