Yes, there are quite a few. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars,
pharmacies, hallal meat trucks, bodegas, whatever you might need I am
sure you can find.

Feet. If you are going further, then a subway or a taxi would be typical.

It means that if you are injured in the US then you are going to have to
pay for the care.
