It finishes Thursday evg and most people are leaving on Friday.

I ticked the 2009-07-30 trains but would prefer 2009-07-31 trains, and
those should be in the survey.

There seem to to be two options for heading to
Germany/Switzerland/Austria:
(the first (via paris) from Bahn.de on the phone, the second (via Barcelona) from bahn.de website):

£150 Madrid->Stuttgart, 6hrs in madrid en-route.

(Zurich                           dep 09:40)
(Onwards to Austria via Salzburg)

£187 madrid->Basel

The madrid->Barcelona train seems expensive, making this route less attractive (more money, more
changes, although there is less hanging around in Madrid). Is your option the same as this latter, or
something different? Will it cost significanly less than GBP 150 (165e)?

If not I might as well just book the first route (whilst the cheap tickets are still available)... I
need to decide soon. I'd like to travel with a group though so if it can be arranged reasonably quickly
and the price is OK then that's good.

Wookey
