I tend to prefer the train, it is more confortable and you can use your
computer :)
But it looks like the bus time schedule is better distributed throughout 
ºthe day.

I think once you have your plane tickets, 3-4 weeks before debconf, the best
is checking then the availability of trains/buses (they usually change in 
summer) and buy tickets in advance for what suits better depending on your 
arrival time. Just remember you need at least _one_ hour of metro once you 
have your luggage from the airport to any of the stations.
