Thanks to Nattie for letting the list know about the proposed
timeline.

I also want to emphasise again that you (or other bid teams) shouldn't
just produce a secret plan in a bunker, but should seek help/feedback
from people outside the bid team when you want it.  Equally, the most
important part of a bid is showing that you have a plausible proposal;
you don't need to plan out every aspect but rather to show that you
have options that could work.  (In terms of competition between bids,
it makes sense to think about what people might see as weak about your
own bid, and concentrate on resolving those aspects.)
