Conference dinner
=================
Tickets
-------
From now on, the Front Desk will sell the remaining conference dinner
tickets. They are 20 EUR and an additional 5 EUR if you want to drink
alcohol (beer or white wine) and not just non-alcoholic drinks.
Buses
-----
The buses will leave 16:15. If you miss the first run, there will be
second runs of the buses until *the last* bus leaving at 17:30, with
limited capacity. FREE drinks will be served from the time the first bus
arrives at the conference dinner place and there is sightseeing to be
done up there, so don't wait! If you miss the last bus (or it is full
already, there's only 20 seats), a taxi to the conference dinner is
approximately 20 EUR ("Waldschenke Heidelberg" as destination will get
you there).

Hike
----
Alternatively, some people will hike to conference dinner. The hike
will leave 16:30 from outside the main entrance. Signup is here:

Return buses
------------
The buses for travel back to the venue will be available starting from
21:00 (but if demand builds up before, they won't make you wait, so
families with kids, etc., can take a bus starting at 20:00).
We will stop serving free drinks at 21:30 and the last bus will be at
22:30. Please do not wait for the last bus: if it is full you will need
to take a taxi (see above for the price), you pay on your own. A hike
back is not advised as it will be dark.
Check-out procedure
===================
Check-out time is 10:00. Please make sure you have your key back to
reception no later than that time, and you'll receive back your 10€
deposit.
Before you vacate your room, strip the bed and toss bed clothes and
towels into the containers labeled "Bettzeug" located in various places
on your floor/corridor.
Please double-check you have not left anything in the room.
And then travel home safely and we hope to see you again in Cape Town,
South Africa, next year for DebConf 16.
Buying conference T-Shirts and Debian stickers
==============================================
If you want (another) conference shirt, they are for sale for 15 EUR
from now on at the Front Desk (not all sizes and types might still be
available).
You can also buy Debian and Debian-Women stickers at the Front Desk in
various sizes.
Certificates of attendance
==========================
Please collect your certicates of attendance from the font desk.
There is a stack of printed certiciates there (sorted by first name),
just search it for your name and please take yours.
