I am sory but you listed several problems the definitely have been fixed in the
original 2 years ago:

e.g. this one

or these broken permissions for "..".
If you still see the problem, do the following:
become root, then call
rm /bin/mkisofs
rm /bin/genisoimage
now you may test the original mkisofs ;-)
