i'm using an external dvd-recoder (liteOn SOHW-832S), and have a lot of
troubles buring DVDs (cds aren't any problem)

./growisofs -dvd-compat -Z /dev/sr0=/data/tmp/sicherung.iso
Executing 'builtin_dd if=/data/tmp/sicherung.iso of=/dev/sr0 obs=32k seek=0'
:-( unable to umount /dev/sr0: Unknown error 141

can anybody tell me, what this error-message means?

It means exactly what it says:-) Upon start-up growisofs attempt to see if media is mounted and attempts to unmount it. 141 seems to be decorated EACCESS, "Permittion denied." growisofs should have printed more comprehensible message [should/shall be fixed]. You either have no permission to unmount the media (add user flag to corresponding line in /etc/fstab) or no permission to read /proc/mounts? A.
