 Started using an authors file - though it was really tricky to get it
done. Lots of people with commit access don't have a @d.o login, others
aren't really properly mentioned in the commit logs to CVSROOT/passwd.
Please note that I have just put the account name into <> and not the
complete email address. Those might have changed over time for
especially external users but the same account was continued to be used.

 This is the list of accounts that I haven't added yet to the authors
file I'm using:

mss
tamcap = Marek £aska <tamcap>
toff
trm
wojtekz = Wojciech Zar?ba <wojtekz>

 With tamcap and wojtekz I'm not sure if the names stored in the
CVSROOT/passwd log were proper so I didn't add them. If anyone knows
about proper names for those people, don't hesitate.

anonymous

 This puzzles me at most: english/testfile
revision 1.9

testing

 I hope this is fixed. :)

 The following are language specific accounts, so I guess it doesn't
hurt to not add them to the authors file, unless one claims to have used
them exclusively:

arabic chinese croatian dutch esperanto finnish french german greek
hungarian italian japanese japanese2 korean norwegian polish portuguese
romanian russian spanish swedish turkish

 These three accounts seem to be project specific - and unless they were
used exclusively, I won't add them to the authors file neither:

consultants events powerpc

 So long. :)
