html not removed after wml removal (was: Broken link on www.debian.org/CD/pik/)

Since the removal of all files in */CD/pik/*, there are still remaining
compiled html files :
http://www.debian.org/CD/pik/
http://www.us.debian.org/CD/pik/
How can we definitely get rid of these files ?
