The URL tends to be not so nice: pt_BR/Users, anyways, it
it not very important, using directories would be the main point.
One could also think about adding support in MoinMoin for Content
Management, then we could have Users.en, Users.pt_BR, Users.fr

We need to also talk with translators via debian-i18n,
would be good to have their input on this matter.
