try this:

 Flash player for Debian Linux
 Download flashplayer.tar.gz file from
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
 Extract it.
 And move one of the files over to:

cp /home/lucas/Desktop/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/
cd /usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins/
ln -s /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so

 Restart Firefox/iceweasel
