I believe there are 2 main points in my platform. The one you list as
well a cultural change.

I really enjoyed reading Sam's platform and thought there were a
number of similarities.

I mentioned this elsewhere, but if elected, I hope to get some of the
other candidates involved. I don't intend to create an official DPL
team, but either informally or through delegation.
