The sources of information for that would be:
- the manual for your computer;
- the website of the manufacturer if you can determine a brand and
model for the beast;
- lspci;
- open the box and look at the labels on the card;
- if you also have Windows (or any other OS) on the same machine, have
a look at the other OS's configuration.
