What exactly is the question? If you have a DSL connection you must install
pppoe and configure it as described in /usr/share/doc/pppoe/README.Debian.gz .

mount /dev/fd0 /floppy

This *is* the proper place for questions. But please:
1. Read the documentation (www.debian.org/doc, man <command>,
/usr/share/doc/<package>) and ask only what you don't find there.
2. Describe more exactly what you are trying to do and what errors occur. Also
use a suitable subject.
