Hier die Lösung. Im Kernel existiert der alte megraid Treiber sowie
der Neue.

Quelle: http://www.hostinggeek.com/2006/02/missing-procmegaraid.html

--snip--

Little did I know that the new generation RAID device drivers in the
2.6 kernel no longer make use of the /proc/megaraid proc entry, so it
was breaking the NAGIOS plugin.

To correct this problem use the "LSI Logic Legacy MegaRAID driver"
instead of the "LSI Logic New Generation RAID Device Drivers" in the
2.6 kernel (this is not an option in the 2.4 kernel). That will give
you back the /proc/megaraid entry and you should be all set.

--snap--

Also megaraid_mm durch megaraid ersetzen.

CONFIG_MEGARAID_LEGACY: ?
  ?
      ?
  ? This driver supports the LSI MegaRAID 418, 428, 438, 466, 762, 490
     ?
? and 467 SCSI host adapters. This driver also support the all U320
      ?
  ? RAID controllers
      ?
  ?
      ?
? To compile this driver as a module, choose M here: the
      ?
? module will be called megaraid
