Unfortunately my patch was not proofed. Today I found, that e.g. the
caption-package is not contained in tetex anymore (instead caption2
is provided) but mentioned in newhelpindex.html. If anybody has the
time we should really check all links if they are working. Attached a
patch, which should fix that for the caption-package.
