Bug#188150: tetex-doc: main tetex html-documentation sometimes links to uncompressed files, but compressed ones are installed

in file:///usr/share/doc/tetex-doc/texmf/index.html, some of the links
point to uncompressed documentation files, like pandora.dvi and
oldgerm.dvi. However, as with all the others, pandora.dvi.gz and
oldgerm.dvi.gz are installed.

I'm not including a patch, since I don't have time to check all the
links.
